Testimonials
“"One of the most valuable takeaways from the retreat was learning how important it is to slow down, something I really needed at the time while trying to finish my PhD. That experience helped me rebuild my mind-body connection and taught me to be more present, even during the most intense periods of my life." ” – Dr. Yulya Naussbaum
