Every practice at this retreat like somatic movement, yoga, meditation, circle is designed to move what you already know from your head into your body. To give your nervous system the felt experience of integration, not just the concept of it.

Every practice we offer carries its lineage honestly. Meditation is not a productivity hack. Yoga is not exercise. These are complete, ancient systems of healing. We offer them with cultural humility, scientific context, and deep respect for where they come from. You will always know the source of what you're receiving.

Every experience at this retreat is designed with one question in mind: will this work when you get back to your real life? We teach practices that fit inside ordinary days. We build integration into the retreat itself — not as an afterthought, but as the point.

What to Expect

Yoga +
Meditation

Wake with the land. Each morning opens with movement and breath as a gentle conversation and practice of returning to yourself. Daily yoga for stillness and strength, followed by meditation practices.

Four Days. One Shift.

Storytelling + Integration

 The heart of the retreat. Workshops that blend neuroscience, somatic practice, and embodied inquiry. Participants leave not with tools and noticeable shifts that is already living in their bodies.

Nourishing
meals

All meals included. Nutritious, Ayurvedic-inspired, and prepared with intention. Shared meals are where community forms, where conversations deepen, where the retreat becomes something more than a program.

This is where The Curated Well's retreat work was born — in the mountains, beside the water, far from the noise of ordinary life.

The location is not accidental. It was chosen because this land has held deep practice for decades. Because nature immersion does something to our system that no indoor space can replicate. Because stillness is easier to find somewhere that has never forgotten how to be still.

No WiFi. No notifications. No schedule that demands anything of you.

Just land, practice, and the kind of time that actually changes something.
